    10M WATER SENSOR

Cost effective replacement after 10 yrs of the original being used in highly corrosive calcium rich bore water. Easy to install. I won’t shop anywhere else.

    Inevitable...

Posted by Richard Priestley on 21st Feb 2023

I have forgotten how long Bore No 2 has been operating, probably 10 years. It stopped pumping. It is a 3 inch pump down 50 feet with one solar panel. It is not used every day but so far has pumped over 3.2 million litres. The meter is a standard domestic Dobidico model found in almost every West Australian residence. The fault was the original plastic sensor which was replaced with the new stainless tube type. We bought a neoprene pump at the same time just in case but didn't use it. Tuhorse products are on their own. Thanks Boby Kind regards Richard Priestley.

The water sensor rusts out in my bore.

Service is great.... I have replaced the water sensor in the tank three times and in the bore twice. They last about 12 months. The water tested a little saline but below the drinkable levels... All good Thanks. Fred ......>>>>>

    FLOAT SWITCH Sticks intermittently

Posted by Geoffrey Lambert on 14th Jan 2020

Only recently installed new switch and it is prone to intermittently sticking so fails to operate unless it is jiggled. Tuhorse said: The new sensors are not float switch. You must have problem with old style float sensor
