    I haven't used this motor as yet as it is a spare just in case the other motor of the same type breaks.

    Not entirely happy with new pump

    Not entirely happy with new pump as it is not delivering as much as the previous pump before it did the bearings. ---------------------------------------------------- From Tuhorse: Hi Steve, It may caused by power source. Please clean solar panels and make sure turn speed switch to maximum.

    We have been using these solar pumps for a while now as they are great value for the money & good reliable service.

    Shaft seal

    Every pump motor I've had has worn the main seal on the shaft out and it's let water into the motor. They need a thicker or different type of seal.
