This is an automatic control box for 240V/50Hz single phase submersible pumps.
The controller automatically controls the pump motor as well as providing comprehensive pump protection and phase failure protection. It works in either auto or manual way.
The box has metal casing, comes with 6 water probes. It is compatible with all 4-wires deep well pump in the market that required a capacitor to work.
Among these 6 probes, 3 are for monitoring the well's water level (up, mid and low) and the other 3 for monitoring the storage tank's water level. You can bypass either monitoring or both; to use as a manual control box when needed. With the automatic box installed, the pump will turn on and off automatically according to the water levels of both the tank and the well. This is extremely important when using it in a well with limited water supply, as the pump only should be operating when it submerse in the water to get enough cooling and lubricating by the water going through it.
The automatic control box has an auto/manual switch. When switch to “manual”. The control box will works like starter a box.
It can be installed indoor or outdoor.

Good product, installation manual is very confusing
Good product, but let down by the poor installation manual, if someone would spend a few hours rewriting the installation manual and use the correct terminology in the manual it would make a big difference to this product. There are several misleading terms in the manual which cause considerable confusion during installation, read the circuit diagram instead of the text in the manual.

Easy install. Seems to work very well
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the manual that comes with it is hard work because of the poor English. I would suspect most of the customer base for this and other Tuhorse products would be regional or rural based and would probably struggle with the documentation as presented. The unit is simple, well designed and constructed.

Easy to install, easy to use
The Bore Pump controller works well and was easy to install and easier to use. With a bore with limited water supply, the controller ensures the pump doesn't suck the well dry, whilst ensuring the above-ground tank doesn't overflow.
