We've pumped for nearly a year now and it hasn't missed a beat. Super simple

no need for control box
I bought the same pump several years ago, so I already have exactly the same control box installed. The pump could therefore be a little cheaper. The previous pump failed due to inferior steel of the motor shaft (magnetic, so not a good grade SS). The new one seems to be better as the motor shaft is not magnetic. The pump is probably OK, but I have not taken it apart yet. I actually have the 3 phase model. I run the pump probably 2 to 3 hours a week.
