Very prompt service and support. Found the splice kit easy to connect and pump is going great. I will be purchasing another one shortly for another bore.

Exceeded expectations
I bought the pump, extra cable spliced on, and the upgrade controller. Puts out 75L//pm at 19meters down. The high/low sensors are a lifesaver as our aquifer is slow to recover. Ive had it on since installation (2 months) and it takes care of itself. good product so far.

Early days yet but works as advertised
Bought the pump,Wire,Controler I would have gotten the wire spliced to the pump next time.Works as advertised.

4 years and still going
I bought this over four years ago. Used at 12m runs 8-10 hrs/day. We have terrible intermittent power supply (Philippines) which has killed every other pump I have used. I had to remove circuit breaker in starter box because it kept cutting out so wished I had been able to source a slightly higher rating switch
